We make 7 year round beers; Chromatic Cream Ale, Abstract Amber Ale, Iridescent IPA, Off-White IPA, Pastel Pale Ale, Artist Proof White Stout and Sepia Stout, as well as 12 or more seasonals each year. Our 7 signatures are available on draft in our brewpub in Amboise as well as distributed to cafes, hotels, restaurants, bar, caves, and boutique in bottles, cans and kegs.

ART IS AN ALE BREWERY is a brewery and a bar, designed to host customers for a draft beer crafted just across the river, year-round in Amboise, France. The bar is one block away from the Chateau d’Amboise and many other historical sites such as Leonardo Da Vinci’s final home, Clos Luce are within driving or biking distance from many Loire Valley castles. At the beginning of 2023 we relocated our production to a facility 3km away just across the Loire River. Don’t worry, that short trip doesn’t change the taste. However, it does allow us to make beer and serve better all our customers in the surrounding areas.

Beer flights and with a brief run down of each beer style are available during open hours. Private tastings in French and English are available upon request by reservation depending on availability.
